Cancellations & Deposit 

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that plans can change, but please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

With more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, will result in the 40% booking fee deposit being retained. A new booking fee deposit will be required to make another appointment.

Booking fees deposits  are deducted from the final balance of your appointment.

Please do not bring young children to your appointment unless they are the client.

Payment can be made by cash or card, with the remaining balance due at the time of your service.
